WHAT WE ARE
We are a licensed, North Texas based property management company. Our founder, C.W. Sparks, has been actively investing in residential real estate since 1977, and the company received its corporate Broker's license in 1994.
Our primary focus is on residential property management. The properties we acquire fit seamlessly into our management system.
Our secondary focus is the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, both for ourselves and our clients. As a TREC licensed brokerage, we possess the same buying/selling tools that traditional sales focused brokers use.
Our advantage is our tenant screening. Because of the effort we put into the qualification process, our tenant stays an average of 2-3 years, effectively cutting average annual vacancy losses, advertising costs, leasing fees, and make ready exenses by 50-66% or more.
WHAT WE AREN'T
We aren't part-time managers, nor sales agents venturing into property mangement waters. We're not a franchise, nor an impersonal corporation. We aren't fee heavy, and we're not new to the industry. We were built on a solid reputation of honesty, fair pricing, and a good deal of experience.
